Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Mid-Level or Senior
Systems Engineers - Airplane Level Engineering Integrations to
support our team in Everett, WA. The SE&I team is a division of
the Airplane Level Engineering Integration (ALEI) Organization
within the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). Our team is actively
engaged with airplane programs that currently include 737-10 MAX,
777-9, 777-8 Freighter, and future product development
programs.
The successful candidate will have experience with one or more of
the following; system integration and testing, model-based systems
engineering, mission analysis / CONOPS, functional analysis &
integration, interface control, safety and certification,
risk/issue/opportunity management, and change & configuration
management.
Position Responsibilities :
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements,
therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.
"US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident,
refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) :
Mid-Level (3) : Education/experience typically acquired through
advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in
engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
(e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and
experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In
the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not
required, accreditation standard.
Senior Level (4): Education/experience typically acquired through
advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in
engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
(e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and
experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7
years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is
the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Senior Level (5): Education/experience typically acquired through
advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in
engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
(e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and
experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master
years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is
the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Pay Range Summary:

Mid-Level (3): $104,550- $141,450
Senior Level (4): $128,350- $173,650
Senior Level (5): $157,250- $212,750
