Job Description:

Here at IAA, our Title Specialists play a critical role in our vehicle life cycle process which includes processing and filing vehicle title documents, reviewing and following up on missing items, and identifying inventory reduction opportunities for our salvage auction facilities.

Title Specialists embody our "will to succeed and "collaborative worker" values, by providing an outstanding customer experience through our various communication channels and helping IAA focus on business and branch growth.

What Do IAA Title Specialists Do?

  • Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers
  • Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale
  • Keep up-to-date on title regulations by learning and maintaining knowledge of current title/salvage laws
  • Provide excellent customer service and support by offering solutions and timely responses to external/internal partners

    What are the Requirements?

    • Basic digital literacy
    • Time managing skills with the ability to balance workload
    • Excellent written, verbal, and communications skills
    • Thrives in a team environment with a positive, upbeat, and pleasant demeanor

      Not required, but preferred:

      • Title administration, title processing, or DMV experience
      • Vehicle total loss/claims experience
      • Intermediate Excel skills

        Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $18.78 to $25.40. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer a benefits package including: health insurance, 401K, STD/LTD, Life Insurance/AD&D, paid holidays and vacations.
