Description:
In need of a 2nd shift Mill Machinist; To mill details from plate or flat stock according to blue prints to exact dimensions and to mill details of various shapes and materials.
1st shift: 5:30am - 7am start times - 10-12 hour days
2nd shift: 5:30pm to 6:30pm start times - 10-12 hour days (10% shift premium)
Working some Saturdays right now as demand is very high, starting shift at 5:30am to 7am for 1st shift and 2pm-8pm for 2nd shift
Haas 3 axis Mills
--- Reads and interprets blue prints
--- Reads measuring tools
--- Sharpens cutting tools
--- Performs own set-ups
--- Downloads programs and alters if necessary
--- Machines material to print
--- Use of overhead crane
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must:
2 years 3 axis mill operating experience
Digital micrometer and caliper reading ability
Edit of Haas/Fanuc controls to program
G&M code editing familiarity
Nice:
Programming experience
Blueprint reading
