Our Family Practice Clinics provide exceptional and experienced care by our Medical and Dental providers and is a one-stop solution for all family health needs. Our 3 locations in Dayton, Waitsburg, and College Place includes a friendly staff of Registered Nurses and Certified Medical and Dental Assistants who ensure comfort throughout patient visits. The teams work to holistically treat the whole patient, pushing the boundaries of what we can do in the name of improving patient health outcomes. Our integrated approach to healthcare is what sets us apart as we offer behavioral health and dental services, alongside family practice so our patients receive comprehensive care. We work together to personalize patient treatments and puts the patient at the center of our care.*Compensation and Benefits:** $120,000 - $160,000 annual salary, depending on experience, education and licensing* Schedule: 40 hours per week: 32 Patient Facing hours, 8 Admin hours per week* Sign-On Bonus or Relocation Bonus available*We are looking for a Board-eligible or Board-Certified Provider (ARNP or PA-C), *whose primary duties are in an outpatient primary care clinic. A valid license to practice medicine in the State of Washington is required. For this role, you will need to have organizational and communication skills and a drive to advocate for your patients. Our providers work 8 patient-facing hours, with 2 hours of administrative time built in, allowing you the balance between documentation and feeling like you can make real patient connections!At the base of the Blue Mountains, this community is perfect for those looking for outdoor recreation and rural living while having quick access to the enjoyment of Walla Walla and its active festivities.
