Up to $150,000 DOE + BenefitsWe're working with a growing, tech-forward company in the SaaS/Insurtech space that's looking to bring on a Cybersecurity Specialist to help drive their security strategy forward.This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and enjoys balancing security leadership with technical depth.? What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and evolving the SIEM environment, helping detect and respond to real-world threats.
• Supporting and shaping IAM and PAM strategies to ensure robust access control and governance.
• Contributing to security architecture and advising on best practices across infrastructure and applications.
• Leading and supporting security-driven projects - from assessments to tool implementation.
• Owning vulnerability management - identifying, prioritising, and helping remediate risk across systems.
• Partnering with DevOps to embed DevSecOps principles into CI/CD workflows and pipelines.? What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in cybersecurity roles within cloud-first, SaaS, or regulated tech environments.
  • Solid understanding of modern security tooling, especially SIEM and IAM/PAM platforms.
  • Ability to work across teams, influence engineering decisions, and help shape a secure product roadmap.
