Volt is immediately hiring for a Corporate Maintenance Planner in
Burlington, Washington.
This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible start time between 6:00 AM -
8:00 AM.
Compensation: $78,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE), plus an annual
bonus of 8-10%.
Relocation assistance is available depending on candidate's
location.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate
Maintenance Planner to take our CMMS to the next level! In this
crucial role, you will be responsible for coordinating and
optimizing maintenance activities across multiple sites. If you
thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for MRO
inventory management and CMMS optimization (Emate experience is a
MUST), this heavy desk role offers significant opportunities for
impact and growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of practical related planning experience within a
high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience in the Automotive or Solar industries is beneficial.
Extensive working knowledge of CMMS systems (experience with Emate
is a must).
Hands-on maintenance experience is required.
Proficient computer skills in MS Office Platform (i.e., Excel,
PowerPoint, etc.).
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment under time
constraints.
As a Corporate Maintenance Planner you will:
Support new projects by implementing new equipment PMs and
introducing them into the CMMS.
Understand job requirements to describe necessary tasks, estimate
labor hours, and allocate tools and resources for work orders.
Standardize and prepare preventative maintenance plans and
schedules aligned with organizational maintenance goals across all
sites.
Act as the primary liaison between maintenance and operations.
Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce mean time between failures
and minimize interference with production schedules.
Assist sites with consolidating spare parts to minimize
inventory.
Lead global updates to the CMMS.
Provide constant training to all sites on CMMS usage.
Serve as the administrator for all CMMS changes across sites.
Generate dashboards highlighting equipment maintenance status
(e.g., MTBF, MTTR, Availability, PM Completion).
