The significance of Global Delivery Experience (GDCX) team
cannot be overstated—it's a linchpin for customer experience on our
retail site. Our GDCX team is passionate about creating world-class
customer journeys from discovery to post purchase. Your work will
directly impact how millions of customers experience Amazon's
delivery services, making each interaction more intuitive,
transparent, and delightful. We are looking for a highly creative
and customer obsessed, Senior Product Manager (Tech) to lead the
delivery experience strategy in discovery portion of the Shopping
CX and for specific events and holidays across our retail store
worldwide. In this role, you'll craft transformative solutions that
bridge customer needs with Amazon's global delivery systems.
Discovery delivery messaging is critical for Amazon's customers to
help them understand the most relevant delivery benefits early in
the shopping journey, driving customer engagement and billions of
dollars in net new annual CSales for Amazon. In this role, you will
lead ideation, design, development, and ongoing management of
discovery delivery experience. You will have a dedicated tech team,
along with UX, finance, and legal partners to refine and execute
your strategy and support execution. Given the strategic importance
of this space, this role requires excellent customer driven product
and business judgment, strong written and oral communication
skills, and ability to operate independently. The ideal candidate
for this high-visibility position has high customer obsession,
strong influencing and engagement skills, the ability to dive deep
and quickly get up to speed on a diverse set of customer and
business challenges, and a successful track record of setting the
vision for and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
Key job responsibilities - Develop a comprehensive, multi-year
strategic vision for pre-checkout - Create and refine product
requirements, collaborating closely with engineering teams to
launch innovative features - Prioritize and implement new
capabilities in partnership with worldwide product teams - Conduct
deep customer research to identify emerging insights and market
trends - Analyze and report on critical performance metrics to

customer insights, designing innovative delivery solutions, and
developing strategies that create seamless, intuitive experiences.
From ideation to implementation, you'll be at the forefront of
shaping how customers interact with Amazon's delivery services. -
Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and
definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a
product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around
technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience
managing technical products or online services - Experience in
representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and
stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning -

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
