HR Operations Manager

We are looking for an energetic professional to partner across the
enterprise as a HR Operations Manager, a role focused on supporting
and engaging our most important asset.... Our teams! The HR Ops
Manager must be effective at formulating strong partnerships across
the People function to deliver value-added service to management
and employees that reflect the business objectives of the
Responsible for successful delivery of all HR Operations support
including preboarding & onboarding, disability case management, HR
Compliance, and data management & analytics, and rewards and
recognition. Oversees the work of HR Specialists within HR Shared
Services to drive the tactical HR work within the organization.
Report into the HR Shared Services Director.

The HR Operations Manager is primarily responsible for:
Preboarding & Onboarding: Increase speed of new hire performance by
building and facilitating comprehensive preboarding and onboarding
programs for candidates and new hires.Drive the Preboarding &
Onboarding experience for candidates and new hires from Offer
Signed to 90 Days on the job.
Track team member progress throughout the Preboarding & Onboarding
process to ensure all tasks are completed and the candidate and new
hire has a positive experience.
Disability Case Management: Provide strategic and tactical HR
support for all leave of absence, worker's compensation, and
accommodation cases.Manages all leave of absence, ADA accommodation
and worker's compensation cases.
Collaborates with the HR Business Partner to track disability cases
within their business units.
HR Compliance: Safeguard Zones against risk by insuring compliance
with employment law, including State and Federal.Maintains the Team
Member Handbook including recommendations to policy updates in
accordance with employment law.
Tracks and ensures compliance with all required HR trainings.
Partners with Facilities to ensure compliance with all State and
Federal safety law.
Owns tracking and compliance for COVID-19 safety.
Manages all immigration cases and collaborates with the HR Business
Partners to track cases within their business units.
Ensures unemployment responses are completed and HR Business
Partners are prepared for any unemployment hearings they must
Data Management & Analytics: Accountable for the timely processing
and accuracy of HR data and the analytics for the HR team.Create
and maintain an HR analytics platform and dashboard that provides
on-demand information and reports for specific team on hires,
tenure, attrition, performance, engagement, licenses and
certifications, and term reasons.
Design, distribute, and provide analytics on engagement and exit

Conduct regular audits of HR data and recommend improvements as

Ensure Sales Compensation Plans are distributed, signed and
collected upon hire and an annual basis as needed.

distribution for 5 Star, Tenure, and Team Member of the Quarter
awardsEnsures all rewards are processed and distributed every
Recommends improvements to program and processes.
We are seeking candidates with the following experience and
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or
related field preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP Certification desired
Minimum 5 years human resources operations experience, with at
least 1 year of people management experience required.
Hands-on HRIS & ATS Experience.
Working knowledge of multiple Human Resources disciplines including
benefit and compensation practices, federal & state employment
laws, disability case management, immigration, and safety.
Experience writing fair and compliant company policies.
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Demonstrates an understanding and commitment to excellent service
